It was horrible, needles everywhere, I sped as if I was shot from cannon,  More!  (ragged breathing)MOMMY!!!  I can’t stand it, I see the names of all the different Immunizations: Yellow Fever, Typhoid, Rabies,… …Hepatitis A, Measles, and Hepatitis C.  Oops, I forgot about ten of them,  all four of the last Hepatitis ones and the Japanese Encephonia, Tetanus, and others.  One of each Immunization is coming to get me, MOMMY!!!  Save ME!!!

Hello Everybody!

What do you think?  Did anyone get frightened or worried?  Did you get my secret message?  I think I actually named most of the shots and pretended there were more.  It went better than I previously stated as some of you may have deduced.  I got three of ‘em, they hit me outta nowhere.  Actually, they hit me from the nurse’s hand.  I got Hepatitis A on my left shoulder and Yellow Fever on my left triceps, the Typhoid went in my right shoulder.  Typhoid was sore yesterday and this morning.  Yellow Fever hurt the most off the bat but calmed down.  As far as I know I am alright, my arms are still attached and they still work.  I am getting more and more excited as the trip grows closer.  My dad contacted someone on the trip who has been on several others. in the region.  I have a list of seven phrases in English, Spanish (the official language), and Guarani (the native language).  On Wednesday I hope to announce the trip at Cross Connections.  So as 92% of the Paraguayans would say, “Jajoecha peve, Nande jara ta nde robasa,” or in English we would say, “See you later, God bless you.”  Chao!
